
You can initiate the available functions listed in this section through the shortcut menu in the Contents tab, Search tab, or Favorites tab. Not all functions are available in all tabs. The procedures in this section are based on using the Contents tab, but they can be easily adapted for use in another tab.

Printing from Knowledge Builder
ATTENTION Printing from within Knowledge Builder is accomplished by two methods: You may use the native application's print function for file types, such as Acrobat PDF, to print such hosted content directly from the Knowledge Builder. |
Use the following procedure to initiate a print out of selected content. This procedure assumes that you have connected a printer to your computer.
